- First 30 days: monthly plans cancel with no further payments owed, even during the 6-month minimum. Yearly plans get a refund: the yearly payment minus one month at the regular monthly rate (for example, Starter $390 − $39 = $351 back). Service ends when the refund is issued.
- After 30 days: no refunds. Cancel monthly during the 6-month minimum and you pay the remaining months. Payments already made are not refunded.
- Your site goes offline 30 days after service ends, and we keep a backup for 90 more days

What happens to my demo if I don't buy?
It stays on a private link that isn't listed on search engines, and we delete it after 30 days.
Who owns the site?
You do. You own your domain and your site's code, and you can take them with you anytime.
Can I make changes?
Yes. Every plan includes a set number of edits each month: up to 2 on Starter, up to 5 on Growth, and Pro edits are done within 1 business day. Send changes through our request form or by email. No meetings needed.
What happens if I cancel?
